Something for the chillers, ravers, cats, goths, heads, honchos, hippies, historians, scientists, experimenters, punksters, funksters, philosophers, fools, priests, shamans, aliens (illegal and the other kind), cyborgs, day trippers, space cadets, freaks, geeks and Pastafarians … everyone ... come and join the ride ;-)

As the post-pandemic world stumbled out of the emotional freezer towards some kind of ‘recovery’, magic marmalade machine was formed. 

A coagulation of willingness from three old friends to experiment with sonic creation as a form of art therapy.

A concept album - 'Gospels', inspired by three books that helped the recovery - was to be recorded over three parts; to turn ideas into sonic sculptures ... some ideas even became songs :-O

The recording of Gospels took over three years to complete.

During this time a number of collaborators joined the ride, and some extracurricular experimentation was created alongside the concept album:-

• some experiments in data sonification

• building a Biotron that allows plants to make music with humans

• re-scoring some old B-movies with experimental soundtracks

• writing and recording original music for an award-winning poet

• building two valve amps from scratch

• releasing M3 Vol 4 'Dark Sauce', before releasing the first three volumes of music :-O
